Q. How long have you been in business.. ? A. We formed in June of 1990 (we can't remember the exact day). We incorporated in August of 1990 as Core Systems Plus, Inc. (the name is another story) We changed to Core Office Furniture as our 'dba' a few years back. It fits who we are much better, don't you agree? Q. Where can I find you... ? A. Oklahoma City - We're at 8201 Glade Ave. Glade runs north-south between NW Expressway and Wilshire Blvd. Glade is 3 blocks west of Rockwell. So, from NW Expressway and Rockwell, go three blocks WEST to GLADE and turn SOUTH (the only way to go) This is across from Marathon Oil (which is where you go if you turn NORTH instead of SOUTH) Wind (don't turn, wind) your way back through, staying on GLADE. We're almost to Wilshire. BIG white building, 5 dock doors, WEST side of the road. As of this posting, we still did not have our sign up. (We just moved in!) Strangely, people are still finding us without the sign. Q. Do you have furniture in stock, can I get it tomorrow? A. Yes, and NO. Yes we do have furniture in stock, however.... We're really not a huge retail-oriented Mathis Brothers (If your not from OKC, substitute largest local dealer) type showroom. We will certainly show you what we have, and help you find it if we don't, but don't expect to see a mile of choices. The furniture we STOCK is for the contracts we hold. We supply the State, many governmental entities, large and small businesses, etc. For these contracts, we stock files, desks, fire files, chairs, etc. If you see it in an advertisement, we have it. While we do our best to keep advertised items in stock, we sometimes run out. Can you get it tomorrow? Only if you take it with you. We do large route delivery state wide. Most of our customers want them scheduled, and we run several days out. Where can you get it tomorrow? See next question.
 
Q. How long does it take to get...? A. We carry many common items in stock. Everything else ranges from 2.5 weeks for the normal to 6-8 weeks for the unique or custom. Generally, businesses know about moves, remodels, expansions, etc in plenty of time to order whatever you want. This way, you get exactly what you want, and need. For companies that standardize on the same stuff, either they, or their dealer keep it in stock. We do this, as do others. If you did not plan, or are reacting quickly, see below. Q. I cannot wait, I need something now. A. If you want to buy quality product, and you need something now, we'll loan you something now. We do this frequently for our customers. Q. Do you have used furniture...? A. Some, but it's not our business. You need lots of room to let stuff 'sit'. We have limited room, and nothing just 'sits'. Check Stowe's - they have lots of room, and lots of 'stuff'. We do sell a good number of used workstations. Ask! Q. Do you buy used furniture...? A. Yes, under two circumstances. 1. You're buying new and you want to trade old in. 2. We sold you the furniture in the first place. We don't guarantee to buy it if we sold it. We often do, but it's no guarantee. Since we can get parts easily, and know our own products, we can easily sell OUR stuff....
